HEAD COACH

The current head coach of Fujian Men’s Volleyball Team, was born in 1971. He previously represented China in indoor and beach volleyball, winning the Beach Volleyball World Cup. Teng has served in various coaching roles, including as a member of the Chinese National Men’s Volleyball Team coaching staff and coach of the Chinese National Men’s Volleyball B Team. He is the only player in China to excel in both indoor and beach volleyball.
In 2005, Teng took over the struggling Fujian Men’s Volleyball Team. Within three years, he led them to the top league (A League). As of 2024, the team consistently ranks among the top eight in the A League. Under Teng’s guidance, Fujian Men’s Volleyball Team has developed a unique style known as “Southern-style Volleyball”, characterized by precise ball control and agile movements. Teng has also instilled the “Fujian Spirit” in the team, earning widespread attention and praise. He often motivates his players with the words, “Though the road is long,
perseverance leads to success.”

Huang Z B
ASSISTANT COACH

The current assistant coach of the Fujian Youth Men’s Volleyball Team, was born in 2002. He previously played for the Fujian Men’s Volleyball Team and contributed to their achievements, including a seventh-place finish in the 2019-2020 Chinese Men’s Volleyball Super League and a ninth-place finish in the 2020 National Men’s Volleyball Championships. As a young coach, Huang is dedicated to his work, constantly learning and exploring ways to improve. He is determined to make his contribution to the Fujian Men’s Volleyball Team. His motto is, “The sky is boundless, and gentleman strives for self-improvement without rest.”
